SIA’s Directory of Personal Injury Solicitors & Case Managers 2007-2008
The database of specialist personal injury solicitors has been compiled to assist spinal cord injured people, who wish to pursue a claim for compensation, to select a firm with proven experience of dealing with high-value and complex claims.
SIA cannot be held responsible for any advice given by the firms included in the database. We recommend you read the section called ‘A Guide to Claiming Compensation’ before you embark on a claim.
Searching for a Solicitor
Each firm included in the Directory has met a set of criteria set by SIA’s specialist panel, and will give you a free initial interview under special arrangements made with SIA.

Case Managers
An effective case manager can focus the available resources on you, the spinal cord injured person, by liasing with the numerous organisations concerned with providing services and equipment to meet your individual needs. People are increasingly seeking the help of a case manager to assist them and their family with the many arrangements which have to be made post discharge from a spinal centre or general hospital.
