Step by Step Guide
Step One
Check your basket to ensure you are happy with all your purchases. You can de-select any unwanted items before moving to the next stage.
Step Two
Once you proceed to the next screen you will be asked to enter your personal details, and some additional information if you are spinal cord injured and purchasing membership. You will then have the option to either pay online using a debit/credit card, or pay via post using cheque/postal order/Direct Debit.
Step Three
If you are paying online, you will be taken to a secure area of the website to enter your card details. Assuming these are authenticated, you will be returned to a confirmation screen displaying your order, which we recommend you print off for future reference. If you need to contact the SIA office in the event of any query, please quote the reference number given on your confirmation.
If you are posting your payment please continue to the next screen where you will be able to print off details of your order, including your order number, and will be able to download a Direct Debit mandate if required. You will also be given the address to which you may post your order with your payment.
