Workwise Mentors
The Mentors Scheme has been set up as a part of SIA’s Workwise Project. Its purpose is to recruit SIA members who have made the successful return to work and who are willing to share their highs and lows with others. At present we have a number of Mentors who can provide a wealth of knowledge and experience from diverse backgrounds.
If you are currently looking into returning to employment after injury, our Mentors can help with any specific concerns you may have and we will try to make sure that you’re matched up with a Mentor who is best able to help with your needs.
Alternatively, if you’ve made the successful return to work why not consider joining our ranks as a Mentor to help those who’re just starting out.
