To take part in The Gold Challenge choose between 5, 10, 20 or 30 Olympic and Paralympic Sports and complete them by the end of 2012. You can join in as an individual or as part of a team of up to 30 – with at least one of your team members completing all of your chosen sports. For example an individual could take on 5 sports or a team of 5 could take on 10 sports and do 2 sports each.
Have you always wanted to try your hand at archery or rowing; running or basketball? The Gold Challenge gives you the chance to test yourselves in a range of Olympic and Paralympic sports. The 5 or 10-sport challenge could help build your fitness and eyou can experience the buzz of competition. Or up the stakes with the 20 or 30-sport challenge, to discover just how far your fitness and talent will take you. You can record your effort and performance – and judge your achievement - in the Gold Challenge league tables.
