Do you live in Social Housing? RADAR would like to hear from you

BBC Radio 4,  are doing a piece on changes to the housing benefit and how this affects people living with disability or health conditions.  Part of the welfare change is a plan to reduce the amount of housing benefit paid to people who are deemed to live in a house which is too big for them.  The government hopes this will solve the housing shortage, but it is possible people will be forced to move.  Government figures show that 450,000 disabled people are likely to be affected by the plan, twice as many as non-disabled people.

Do you live in social housing?  Is the plan to impose a maximum house size on housing benefit claimants likely to affect you?

Radio 4 would like to pre-record an interview with someone who would be affected by the proposed changes.  If you are interested in participating please e-mail RADAR at radar@radar.org.uk
