Channel 4 is currently filming three special programmes for their series "How To Look Good Naked". The show, to be aired in the New Year, will for the first time focus on contributors living with disabilities.

As part of the show, Channel 4 want to discover how disabled people feel about their bodies and the fashion and beauty industry and are asking as many people as possible to fill out this survey.
