Long Term Health Conditions: Have your say!

The Department of Health is working towards developing a strategy for Long term health conditions and would like to hear your views, ideas and experiences. Following SIA's recent attendance at a two day 'Accelarated Design' event which kick started the process, the DoH is now seeking the views of people with long term conditions such as spinal cord injury.

The Department of Health is looking to hear from those working in the voluntary sector with relation to long term conditions, healthcare professionals and individuals who are themselves living with such conditions.

When providing feedback the Department of Health is looking for people to consider the problems they face and how these problems could be solved as well as how local services could work together.
