Local MP Visits SIA House

Mark Lancaster, MP for Milton Keynes North visited SIA House recently to speak with our Executive Director, Paul Smith. They discussed the work of the SIA with particular regard to the work on Continuing Healthcare which has been helped by a grant from the Big Lottery Fund.  Mr Lancaster has pledged to lobby Government colleagues over the potential impacts to welfare and health and social care on charities such as SIA and the people they support and raised a question in the House a few days later with regard to specialised commissioning.
