Frequently Asked Questions

We have put this page together to answer some of your most frequently asked questions about the Great British Fish and Chip Supper. If you have a question that is not covered here, please get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of the page.

When is the Great British Fish and Chip Supper?

The Great British Fish and Chip Supper takes place on Spinal Cord Awareness Day on the third Friday of every May – the next date is Friday 21st May 2010. But don’t worry if you can’t hold it that day then hold it another day when it suits you.

Where should I hold my Great British Fish and Chip Supper?

Wherever you want! At home, at work, at school, in a pub or restaurant. In fact if you are thinking of an unusual venue, let us know – we’re sure your local newspaper or radio station will be interested to hear!

Who can take part?

Anyone and everyone! In fact, the more the merrier. All that matters is you get together with your friends and family, have fun and raise vital funds to spinal cord injured people.

How can I register?

You can request your pack either by registering online, email fishandchipsupper@spinal.co.uk or call 0845 678 6633 xtn 229. We will send you your fundraising pack by post.

How do I organise my event?

Your fundraising pack has lots of hints and tips about how to organise your event, including invitations and donation envelopes.

How do I send in my money?

The easiest way to make a donation is to send us a cheque made payable to Spinal Injuries Association and send back in the FREEPOST envelope provided in your fundraising pack. Don’t forget to get your guests to sign their gift aid forms so we can claim 25p for every £1 raised.
