The Government's Gift Aid scheme means that for every pound you give to SIA, we will receive an extra 25p from the taxman at no extra cost to you! 

For example, if you give us £10 the taxman will add another £2.50 which means we get £12.50 ! 

If you are a UK tax payer, and are willing to fill in a simple Gift Aid Declaration and return it to us, we are able to reclaim the tax on your donation. 

The government will pay to the charity an additional 3p on every £1 you give between 6 April 2008 and 5 April 2011. The transitional relief for the charity does not affect your personal tax position.
