Oil & Gas 2010 Review

The infamous Oil & Gas Quiz sponsored by Petro Canada A Suncor Energy business, took place on 4th March 2010 at the fabulous Marriott Grosvenor Square, London in the presence of HRH The Princess Royal, as once again teams in bother Aberdeen and London battled it out for the Oil & Gas Trophy!

Six rounds of general knowledge with the final Oil & Gas round (sponsored by Oil & Gas UK) provided by Oxford University, kept the teams on their toes as Quiz Master Henry Kelly read each round out to the room before the Quiz sheets were collected for marking.

After a tense tie-break a draw was called between Chevron Upstream Europe, from Aberdeen, and Dong E&P, from London with a joint score!

The event raised a fabulous £30’000 and SIA is exceptionally grateful to all those who took part and supported the event.
