Spinal Injuries Awareness Day 2017

19 May 2017

National Spinal Cord Injuries Awareness Day is taking part on Friday 19th May 2017 and it is your chance to take part in our exciting annual event for SIA!

Over 50,000 people are living in the UK and Ireland with spinal cord injury. We want to reach as many people as possible with the message that support is available to enable people with spinal cord injuries to lead the lives they want, now and in the future.

Are you super-sporty and fancy something like the Three Capitals Cycle Challenge? If you’re happier tucking into a delicious a Great British Fish and Chip Supper, why not help us by organising your own event?

Or if you prefer to help out from the comfort of your own home, why not help make an impact by joining in our Facebook and Twitter campaign using the hashtag #SCIAware? Join our thunderclap and spread the word about the life changing effects of a spinal cord injury using the hashtag #SCIAware

Whatever you decide to get involved with, you can be proud of being part of a team and you’ll be helping us to carry on improving the lives of spinal cord injured people.
