Hi, my name is Ben Lemon and I am a master’s student at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.

For my thesis, I am collecting information about the process that people go through when being treated for upper limb impairments after stroke, brachial plexus injury, spinal cord injury, and other such neurological issues.

Using the ‘GoogleDocs’ surveys linked below, I hope to better understand the positive and negative aspects of the rehabilitative process from the point of view of both patients and professionals. I will then use this information to help in the development of a robotic exoskeleton, which has the potential to improve the standard of care in this area.

There is a more detailed explanation of the capabilities of the device that we are developing in the survey description itself.

I would really appreciate anyone taking the time (5-10 minutes) to fill in the survey, and will be happy to answer any questions emailed to me at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time!
