My name is Giulia Barbareschi and I am PhD student in UCL. Myself and a group of other researchers in UCL will be running a rather large mobility experiment at the Pedestrian Accessibility Movement Environment Laboratory (PAMELA) (http://www.cege.ucl.ac.uk/arg/pamela/Pages/PAMELA-home.aspx) .The experiment is aimed at understanding how people use their assistive technology and how this can be improved. The laboratory is located in Tufnell park and the experiment will be held between the 16th of November and the 18th of December as a part of the AART-BC project (http://www.aartbc.org/). We are currently recruiting manual wheelchair, walking frame and prosthetics users. Up to 30 for each group with a maximum target of 90 participants. More informations can be foundĀ  at: http://www.cege.ucl.ac.uk/tarsan/Pages/TARSANEvents.aspx
Please get in touch if you are interested and/or help us spreading the call for participants within your network.
