Daniel, since qualifying as a solicitor, has spent his entire career acting for victims of clinical negligence who have sustained spinal injuries as a result of the actions or omissions of medical professionals.
He is currently acting for a number of clients with spinal injuries including several in which there was a failure to diagnose cauda equina syndrome. Daniel has succeeded with a case relating to the negligent interpretation of a CT scan which caused permanent deterioration in a patient’s upper and lower limb function. Daniel has succeeded with a case in which spinal surgery was negligently performed.
Daniel is also acting in cases where patients have suffered significant brain injuries as well as cases where the negligent treatment has occurred over a long period of time.
Daniel is a keen follower of a number of sports both by attending and watching from afar. Daniel also enjoys spending time with his friends, his young family and two dogs
Mike is our welfare manager with over 35 years’ experience working in health and social care – including 17 years in a specialist spinal cord rehab centre in Wales. His job is to help clients regain independence and resume control over their lives, by offering the client and their families practical and emotional support. His extensive experience of the government’s benefit system has helped many clients to apply for income and non-income related benefits.
