Welcome to Evelyn Partners

We have a team of specialist financial planners, investment managers and technical specialists who are all dedicated to working with clients who have been affected by serious injury or clinical negligence. With considerable experience in this field, we provide advice tailored to your specific needs, your experience in financial matters and the nature and severity of your injuries.

Our priority is making sure that you get the best outcome for your circumstances and we will work closely with you and, where appropriate, other professionals to achieve that.

Getting to know you

At Evelyn Partners, we believe our role is to ensure that not only do you benefit from the best possible advice, but that you also feel informed and in control of your financial future.

The first stage in that is to have an initial meeting, which comes at no cost to you, at which we will seek to understand your current and future objectives. We will take into consideration your plans for any large expenses and also how much care or support you might need both now and in the future. Establishing your spending plans will help us to identify how long your money might last and highlight whether you need to review your budget and/or consider investing some of your money.

Once we have established your needs and objectives and learnt more about your attitude to investment risk, we will be in a position to make our recommendations.

Building your financial future

At Evelyn Partners, we believe financial decisions are best made as part of an overall plan that is structured to help achieve your short and long-term financial objectives. This process involves balancing your income and assets against expenses and then identifying how this will affect your financial security over the course of your lifetime.

Clear and simple fees

When we start working together, we’ll be clear about what you may need to pay for – from planning and advice to investing with us. We will provide a breakdown of costs for you to review and agree before we go ahead with any chargeable work. Our services can be provided on a standalone basis or combined as part of an overall package.

There is no charge for your first meeting with us and no obligation to take up our services. Our fees represent the quality of our services, and the professionalism and dedication we bring to your finances. We’re open and honest in everything we do – from our first meeting to our regular reviews and updates on your investment progress.

As part of our commitment to you, we will always:

• Make sure we have a thorough understanding of your needs and objectives
• Provide clear information so you can make informed decisions about your financial future
• Highlight issues that might affect your financial plan (such as the impact of tax)
• Make sure you understand and agree to all of the costs before we charge you
• Be available to answer any questions you might have
• Work at your pace, not at ours

My serious injury case work covers a wide range of claim types with particular experience in high value, catastrophic injury clams and clients that come within the jurisdiction of the Court of Protection.

My personal financial planning philosophy is that whilst some clients may have similar situations, every individual client is different and should have a personally tailored financial plan that clearly sets out the overall strategy and the reasons for it.
