Training Event Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

All delegate attendee cancellation notifications need to be made in writing and received and acknowledged by SIA no less than 14 days prior to the event taking place in order to receive a refund or transfer the place to another event. The only exception to this is where the delegate is attending the Managing the Neurogenic Bowel Skills and Competency Training- due to the limit on the number of places on these sessions, anyone booked on will be charged unless we are able to fill their space, regardless of when their cancellation is received.

If a cancellation notification is received less than 14 days prior to the event taking place, the invoice will still payable and no transfer of the place to another event will be offered.

In the event of non-attendance at an event, with no advance notification received by SIA, the invoice will still be payable and no transfer to another event will be offered.

Delegate places can be reallocated to other colleagues at any time up to the event.

Exhibition stand cancellations:
In the event a booked exhibitor cancels their exhibition stand, the notification needs to be made in writing and received and acknowledged by SIA no less than 28 days prior to the event taking place in order to receive a refund. If the notification is received after this time, the invoice will still be payable. In either case, we are unable to transfer stand bookings to other events.
