Good Clinical Practice in Spinal Cord Injury
For the first, time, we are delighted to be able to offer organisations the opportunity to purchase an inhouse specialist Study Day, facilitated by our SCI Nurse Specialists, that gives an overview of the key issues affecting spinal cord injured people.
Delivered inhouse, this CPD-accredited Study Day looks at topics such as Autonomic Dysreflexia, bladder and bowel management, respiratory function, care of the skin and psychological impact, and is a fantastic way for Trusts, care agencies and other organisations working with spinal cord injured people to upskill a group of staff. Our SCI Nurse Specialists have many years’ experience working in spinal cord injury centres, so this is a unique opportunity to learn from our experts.
The cost for this day is £1,420 +vat, which is based on 20 attendees. The price includes a delegate pack, and additional attendees can be booked for £85 +vat each. The purchasing organisation provides venue and catering. On confirming your booking, our Education and Training Co-ordinator, Karen Mikalsen, will liaise with you on date and venue.
**NEW** Thanks to the generosity of one of our Corporate Partners, Total Community Care, for the first time we are able to hold a session of Good Clinical Practice for healthcare professionals to book onto. The day is taking place in Cornwall on 27 May 2020 and is FREE to attend. Please visit our Study Day page for more information, or contact Karen on the details above.
