Hi there. I’ve just had a poor experience buying a new handbike and wonder if any of you have had similar issues with mobility equipment suppliers. If you’ve bought a chair, bike or attachments over the past 12 months and been subject to over-charging, lack of product knowledge, absence of follow-up care and the general attitude that they are the ones doing you a favour, rather than the other way around, maybe we can start a heated debate.
We all know disability is expensive but doesn it have to be that expensive?
