Hi, I am a C3/C4 incomplete and currently use a Jay 2 wheelchair cushion. I had not replaced it for 3 years and at the end of November my skin was marked so badly, but fortunately not broken down, that I just spent nearly 3 weeks in bed recovering. All is OK now and I want to investigate what are the best pressure relieving wheelchair cushions as I have not had anything other than a Jay 2 for about 10 years.

    hi andrew

i have had an overfilled jay cushion with sheepskin on top for the last 25 years with very little problems, and know they must be replaced after 3 years. mine takes about 3 months to arrive as it is an overfilled one and comes from America {supplied by the nhs}. i am a c4 incomplete tetra.
