Yoga teachers Francesca, Lauren, and Iain, have backgrounds in clinical care and mental health, and together provide amazing breathwork sessions for people who have spinal cord injuries. By using different types of breathing techniques we can improve our sleep, boost our immunity, reduce stress and pain, and help our digestion.
