Donate in memory
When you give to Spinal Injuries Association in memory of a loved one, we are able to put your thoughtful and kind donation towards ensuring that spinal cord injured people have the lifelong support they need to rebuild their life and take on new challenges.
A lasting tribute
A lasting tribute is a positive way to celebrate the life of a loved one and support Spinal Injuries Association at the same time.
Quite simply it is a rememberance page for you and all your family and friends to share memories of a loved one through messages, photos and stories. Reading the messages can be a source of great comfort, and it can be inspiring to know that all of the money raised in your loved one’s name will support spinal cord injured people and their families to live fulfilling lives.
It is very easy to create your personalised rememberance page. Once you have set it up, you can invite your family and friends to light a virtual candle, share their memories and photos and make a donation.
We have partnered with Muchloved so that you can make a lasting memory of your loved one. Much loved is a registered charity that helps people create a memorial website.
Donations in lieu of flowers at the funeral service.
When you request family and friends to make a donation in lieu of flowers to SIA at your loved one’s funeral service, you can take comfort knowing that these gifts will make a positive contribution to our work. You can collect the donations and send to Spinal Injuries Association by cheque, ask your funeral director who will forward it to us, or for the donations to be made directly to us.
Donations can be made by credit or debit card. If you would like to speak to somebody about making a donation from a funeral please call our supportercare team on 01908 208541 or email, firstname.lastname@example.org
