Notice to our members
We’re holding an online Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 1.30 pm on Friday 29 October for the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts to members and consideration of a Special Resolution relating to changes to SIA’s Articles.
All members are invited to attend although only full members may vote. Below you can download all the documents you need to find out more about the EGM including letters from our Founder and President, Baroness Masham and from our Chair of trustees. There is also a form to let us know if you would like to vote by proxy because you are unable to come to the meeting.
This is an online meeting that will be held on Zoom only – a link will be sent to you when you book.
