Hayley Clancy-Ugwu PCS

Hayley Clancy-Ugwu

Appointed Manager

With nearly 15 years of experience as a qualified nurse and 20 years working in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate, high-quality care. The first part of my career I spent in cancer and palliative care, later transitioning to elderly and dementia care—areas that deepened my commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and their families.

In recent years as I have progressed, my focus has shifted toward promoting best practices and continuous improvement in care delivery. I joined Premium Care Solutions 2.5 years ago as Quality Assurance Lead and am proud to have recently taken on the role of Appointed Manager.

Working at PCS aligns perfectly with my passion for excellence in care and my belief in creating meaningful, enriching experiences for those we support. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares these values and strives every day to make a positive impact.
