Join us for an exciting, fully inclusive day out at The Shire Golf Course in Barnet. In partnership with The Golf Trust, this event is designed for all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to get back into the game.

What you can expect …

• Learn the Basics: Enjoy expert coaching from professionals who personalise every session to your individual physical abilities and skill level.
• Adaptive Golf Equipment: Try out specialised, accessible equipment, including the revolutionary Paragolfer wheelchair, designed to assist you into a standing position to swing.
• Fun on the Range: Have a go at the driving range and putting greens in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
• Social & Unwind: Connect with fellow community members over coffee in the stylish, modern, and completely unpretentious clubhouse.

• Accessibility: The clubhouse is modern with step-free access. While there is a slight slope leading to the practice area, alternative flat areas are fully prepared to ensure comfortable and safe participation for everyone.
• Equipment & Cost: All golfing equipment is provided entirely free of charge. Carers and family members are incredibly welcome to join you!
• Places are limited so priority will be given to those attending the London Community Groups (Kings Cross/Hillingdon)

Meet your host – Sau Tran

Hi! My name is Sau Tran, and I’m your new regional support coordinator in the Greater London area. I sustained my injury in a road traffic accident in August 2013, whilst training to do the London to Paris cycle ride with friends. I’m T3 complete, with no movement or sensation below my level of injury.
