*NEW* Isle of Man community group
*NEW* Isle of Man community group
Tuesday 3 November 2026
About this event
We’re excited to announce the first meeting of this new community group on the Isle of Man.
Our local community groups are a great way of connecting to other people with SCI, their friends and families and they offer regular opportunities to socialise. Whether you are living with a spinal cord injury yourself, a family member, friend, carer, personal assistant, or healthcare professional, you will be very welcome.
Beginning on Tuesday 3 November meetings will be on the first Tuesday of every month.
The group will be:
- Free to attend
- Informal and friendly
- Open to anyone affected by spinal cord injury
- A place to share experiences, information, and support
- An opportunity to build a local network and lasting friendships
- Shaped by the people who attend
There is no pressure to attend every meeting. Simply come along when you can, enjoy a chat, meet others from across the island, and help us build a supportive community together.
If you would like to attend, or if you would like to be added to the mailing list to be kept informed about future meet-ups and activities on the Isle of Man, please email David Eastham your local Support Network Coordinator. Even if you are unable to attend the first meeting, David would be delighted to keep you updated as the group develops.
Meet your host – David
If you’ve recently become injured, already living with a spinal cord injury, or are close to someone who is, you’re in the right place. You can book a support session, book a call or find out more about the upcoming community groups by contacting your local support coordinator.
