About this event
Our local community groups are a great way of connecting to other SCI people, their friends and families and they offer regular opportunities to socialise.
Southampton spinal cord injury community group meets every two months on a Tuesday from 12pm-3pm.

Meet your host – Harry
Hi, my name is Harry, and I’m your support coordinator. I sustained a complete C5/6 injury whilst playing rugby for my university, causing paralysis from the shoulders down. I’ve lived with tetraplegia, as a full-time wheelchair user, since 2015. I now play lots of wheelchair rugby and enjoy living life to the full.
