Openness, trust and honesty
By building a relationship based on openness, trust and honesty, we’re better placed to provide the expert advice you need. Our highly specialised team will put your needs first. And we’ll approach your case with care and consideration.
First we’ll secure interim payments for you so that you can get early access to specialist rehabilitation. We know that an excellent rehab programme gives you the chance to live an independent life.
We’ll also advise on state benefits, employment rights and other financial issues. The majority of the spinal injury claims we handle are on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis. Shauna’s story
In 2018, Shauna was involved in a road traffic collision and treated for a head injury, multiple fractures, bowel and pelvic injuries and a blood clot. Most significantly, she suffered a spinal cord injury and was told she’d be unable to use her legs like she used to.
“Being told that you’ll never walk again is a really hard pill to swallow. No one expects to have a spinal cord injury. But it can happen to anybody.” (Shauna)

I am a partner working across both our Bristol and Cardiff offices representing clients throughout the South-West of England and South Wales. I have been running spinal cord injury cases for more than 15 years. During that time, I have helped numerous clients achieve long term financial stability through securing substantial compensation payments.
