Secure Healthcare Solutions are a national and regulated Complex Care Provider, supporting Children and Adults across the UK with bespoke complex homecare.

We believe that people who live with complex care needs should be able to live fulfilled lives, in their own homes.

We work in collaboration with individuals, ICBs, Case Managers, Solicitors and Private funders, to facilitate safe, fast discharges into the community. We also support with mobilising packages of care from hospital to home, alongside supporting individuals who are already living in their own homes.

In addition, we supply a wide range of staffing to other regulated services needing staffing support in establishments such as the NHS, Private Hospitals, Nursing and Care homes, community based complex care and domiciliary agencies.

As standard, our individual service users will receive:

• Bespoke care assessment and care plan, where we understand our service user’s needs, wishes, goals, personal and clinical support preferences
• Introduction to support workers via a Meet & Greet, to promote a positive, professional relationship between service users and support teams
• Competency based clinical training
• Bespoke training, tailored around our service user’s specific needs. Training is delivered by our in-house dedicated Clinical Trainers
• Access to our own purpose built software, providing digital record keeping and real time, accurate information to service users and wider MDT
• Full Nurse-led oversight and a dedicated management team
• 24/7 in house out of hours on-call for our service users and support teams respectively

We complete bespoke recruitment for our service users based upon their preferences and provide a wide range of Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, mobilising teams who are tailored to the needs of individual service users.

We are in a position to mobilise packages of care at short notice, owing to our rapid response team.

We successfully deliver high-quality, person-centred care, to people with a wide range of conditions and are specialists in support individuals with Spinal Cord Injuries.

We are specialists in Tracheostomy & Ventilator Care. We support clients from a range of hours, from 6 hours per day to 24/7 1:1 and 2:1 support.
