Good clinical practice in spinal cord injury - virtual
Various dates from May to November 2026
About this course
This study day gives an overview of the key issues affecting people with spinal cord injury, such as autonomic dysreflexia, bladder and bowel management and care of the skin, and provides a fantastic opportunity for NHS Trusts, care agehttps://www.spinal.co.uk/healthcare-professionals/courses/good-clinical-practice-virtual/ncies and other organisations to upskill a group of staff in these important areas of SCI care. Our SCI Nurse Specialists have many years’ experience working in spinal cord injury centres, and all members of our Support Network Team live with spinal cord injury, so this is a unique opportunity to learn from experts.
I along with other professionals have gained a deeper insight and understanding to supporting those with SCI in the most holistic and safest way. This training also provided an understanding of MDT members roles within a patients journey.
