The Spring issue of Forward magazine is out now!

Looking at the realities of living with SCI and hosted by SIA ambassador Zoe Fox and support manager Gary Dawson, the podcast features guests from across the SCI community including Paralympian couple Hannah Cockroft MBE and Nathan Maguire. We hear from Rachel Knowles who, after years of debilitating bowel and bladder management, shares the highs and lows of deciding to have a stoma fitted.
