In this video we join our SIA members Simon and Jan as they travel via train from Berkshire to meet their friend Lady-Marie for lunch at Paddington Station in London.

Along the way they book their passenger assistance, meet members of the Great Western Railway (GWR) team at the stations, and experience using the ramps.
> Simon travelled from Henley on Thames, he pre-booked and used the Passenger Assistance App, the assistance lady (Sabia) talked him through the journey and what assistance was available, and also deployed the ramp for him.
> Jan travelled from Reading and just turned up on the day. The ticket office explained what discounts were available and radioed through for assistance.
