Join our community
SIA provides services to support spinal cord injured people, their families and friends from when they are first injured and beyond as they rebuild their life with a spinal cord injury.
If you are not already a member of SIA we would like to invite you to join our community. Membership of SIA is free of charge and as a new member (UK members only) you will be entitled to six month’s free subscription to our Forward magazine.
We have a diverse range of individuals with a SCI and their families and friends who can share their experiences and views, and be an invaluable resource in helping others. We are constantly welcoming new members as we continue to expand our growing community.

Full Member: Spinal cord injured person aged over 18 living in the UK
Junior member: Spinal cord injured person aged under 18 living in the UK
Family and Friends member: Any individual who is a family member or friend of a SCI person
Associate member: Any individual with an interest in spinal cord injury, e.g. healthcare professional
European member: Any individual living in Europe
Overseas member: Any individual living out of Europe
Affiliate member: Community groups or other charitable organisations
Mutual Affiliate: Organisations who wish to receive Forward magazine in exchange for a copy of their own regular publication.
