Service hours over the Easter weekend

Please find below details about our SIA service hours over the upcoming Easter weekend:

Support line

Our support line will be closed on Good Friday (18 April) and Bank Holiday Monday (21 April). Please note that no-one will have access to any messages until they return on Tuesday morning.

If you have an urgent issue, please contact emergency services.

• For clinical issues, your local health care provider.
• For care issues – your local authority or ICB/CCG.
• Concerns as to personal safety – the Samaritans on 116 123.

Clinical team

Please be aware that our online form for specialist clinicians will not be monitored over the Easter Weekend (Good Friday, 18 April to Easter Monday, 21 April) Our team will reply to any messages when they return on Tuesday 22 April. If you have an urgent issue, we encourage you to please contact emergency services.”

SIA House

We will be closing SIA House from 5pm on Thursday, 18 April. The office will reopen at 9am on Tuesday, 22 April.
