Our winter issue of Forward magazine is out now!

Our winter issue of Forward magazine is out now! Get warm, get cosy, grab your favourite hot drink and settle down for a read of our fab new issue! You won’t be sorry you did. With an issue this packed, there really is something for everyone!

SIA Forward Magazine Winter 2024 Cover

We couldn’t let our winter issue go by without a nod to Christmas, so we hope you enjoy our festive Forward Focus section where we have delved into all things celebratory! With everything you could possibly need from festive food to love at Christmas, pets snuggled under the tree to how multi-faith households celebrate the day – we’ve got everything you need to get in the mood for the cosiest season of all.

And after all that cosiness, we’re taking everyone as far out of their comfort zone as it’s possible to get – into space! When the European Space Agency commissioned a feasibility study which aims to get disabled people access to space travel, SIA’s parliamentary and public affairs officer Glyn Hayes couldn’t wait to get involved. After a lifelong fascination with space, Glyn is now helping to devise experiments and aid further research into this exciting project. Read his story on page 30.
