We’re delighted to launch a survey on the need for a National Spinal Cord Injury Strategy

Completing the survey couldn’t be easier, and will take approximately 10 minutes:
TAKE THE SURVEY

From the Coalition

We are a coalition of spinal cord injury (SCI) charities and partner organisations. This survey is an important step towards creating a National Spinal Cord Injury Strategy in the UK.

Our goal is to improve care, support, and rehabilitation for people living with SCI. Spinal cord injuries are life-changing, affecting individuals, their families, carers, and communities.

If we had a strategy, it would be a plan on what good looks like. This is your chance to shape this plan.

We are working with the NHS, government bodies, and the healthcare community to make sure the strategy prioritises:

  • Accessible rehabilitation
  • Lifelong support
  • Adequate funding and resources

Towards a National Spinal Cord Injury Strategy – a consultation

We invite everyone—those living with SCI, healthcare workers, families, and advocates—to contribute. Your input will help build a system that provides the care and opportunities people with SCI deserve.

Our main questions are:

  1. Should we create a national strategy for spinal cord injury care?
  2. What should this plan include?
  3. How can we make sure the plan helps everyone?

Thank you for helping us create a brighter future for people living with SCI. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

Sincerely, from the coalition:
