APPG on spinal cord injury drop in session for MPs
On Monday 26 January the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Spinal Cord Injury hosted a drop in session for MPs at Portcullis House in Westminster.
The session, hosted by Andy McDonald MP, Chair of the APPG, provided MPs with the opportunity to learn more about spinal cord injury, supporting their constituents, and to show their support for a National Spinal Cord Injury Strategy.
Thank you again to everyone who attended on the day and for your ongoing support of the SCI community.
Following an inquiry by the APPG the report, From Fragmented to Coordinated: Building a National Spinal Cord Injury Strategy, sets out practical recommendations across rehabilitation, workforce, community care, data, and research all with one goal: ensuring that everyone with a spinal cord injury, wherever they live, can access the same high standards of care and support.
