Hello! My name is Aleks, and I’m your regional support coordinator in the South East of England.

At the end of 2011 I was diagnosed with a Spinal cord tumour located inside my Spinal cord at C3-C4, 3 weeks later in January 2012 I underwent surgery to remove the tumour, 18 months later I underwent 6 weeks of radiotherapy to stop the remaining tumour from growing. The surgery and radiotherapy left me with a C3-C5 incomplete Spinal Cord Injury. Over the years I have regained the ability to walk.

Along my journey I have learned to drive, I picked up some very satisfying hobbies, I travel and I enjoy cooking with family and friends and have a new perspective on life.

If you’ve recently become injured, already living with a spinal cord injury, or are close to someone who is, you’re in the right place.

Book an appointment with me or if I am not available one of my colleagues.  We can refer you to the most suitable services available locally and nationally and offer insight and experience into life with a spinal cord injury.

Just choose an available slot below and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
